Phase 1 (Recommended Start)
Discovery & Requirements: When the problem is clear but the solution isn’t yet
You know something’s not working — disconnected systems, compliance gaps, underused tools — but you need help figuring out the right path forward before committing to a project.
Discovery engagements are billed hourly because the scope is intentionally open. We’re investigating, mapping, and defining — not executing a predetermined plan. The output is a clear picture of where you stand, what to prioritize, and a concrete proposal for the work ahead.

Requirements Documentation
A written breakdown of your current state, gaps, and needs — organized so your team (and ours) can reference it throughout the engagement.
Recommendations Report
Prioritized, actionable recommendations based on what we find. Not a generic best-practices document — specific to your organization, your systems, and your budget.
Formal Proposal with SOW
If the discovery points to a defined project, you’ll receive a scoped Statement of Work with fixed pricing, timeline, and deliverables. No obligation to proceed.

You’ve been through discovery — or you came in with a clear brief. Either way, the requirements are defined and it’s time to build.
Scoped projects are billed at a fixed fee, quoted based on the requirements defined during discovery or provided by your team. You know exactly what you’re getting, what it costs, and when it’ll be done before any work begins. If scope changes, we re-quote — we don’t surprise you with overages.

Statement of Work
A binding project scope with deliverables, milestones, timeline, and total cost. This is your contract — no ambiguity.
Milestone-Based Delivery
Work is broken into milestones with check-in points. You see progress throughout, not just a final handoff.
Documentation & Training
Every project includes handoff documentation and training for your team. When we’re done, you own the systems and the knowledge.
Portal Access
Track milestones, review deliverables, and manage invoices through your client portal throughout the engagement.

Assessment & Audit: Get a clear picture before making any decisions
You’re not sure if your systems are configured correctly, your compliance posture is solid, or your technology is earning its cost. You need an honest evaluation — not a sales pitch for more services.
Assessment engagements are focused, time-boxed evaluations of a specific area of your operations — technology stack, compliance readiness, platform configuration, or workflow efficiency. You get a written report with findings and recommendations. What you do with it is up to you.

A detailed evaluation of the area in scope — what’s working, what’s not, what’s at risk, and what to prioritize. Specific to your organization, not a template.
Actionable Recommendations
Each finding includes a recommended next step with relative priority and effort. You can act on them yourself, bring us in for specific items, or use the report to brief another vendor.
No Obligation
An assessment doesn’t commit you to a project. Many clients use the report to make internal decisions, secure board approval, or plan their budget cycle.
